Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 2, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church, 500 Weems Street, Picayune, MS 39466. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time. Rev. Wyman Gaulden, Pastor will officiate at the service.
Manuel Coleman, Sr. was born June 16, 1938 to John and Irean Coleman, in Edward, MS.
He was a member of Pleasant Valley Baptist Church. He loved fishing and his family dearly.
On, Sunday, April 26, 2026, God sent his angel to bring him on home at the age of 87.
Manuel left to cherish his loving memories a devoted wife, Leola Coleman; his loving sons, Manuel (Gloria) Coleman, Jr., Craig (Stacey) Tyson, Clay Youngblood and Patrick (Carolyn) McCree; his adorable daughters, Bettye (William) Fortenberry, Janice Jones, Frances (Michael) Kelley, Joy Cooper and Lyiouse Magee. 22 grandchildren, 77 great grandchildren, 18 great great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Interment will be in the Picayune Cemetery, 8th Street, Picayune, MS 39466.
