Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 22, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at East Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church, 1124 Jerusalem Avenue, Picayune, MS 39466 with Visitation from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Interment will be in the New Palestine Cemetery. Pastor, Rev. Russell C. Davis will be officiating at the services.

Jeffery transitioned to his heavenly home on Sunday, November 9, 2025 at the age of 60.

He was well loved and will be missed by all who love and know him.

Preceded in death by his loving mother, Lucy N. Preston and devoted sister, Juanita Stuckey.

He leaves to cherish his loving memories, his father, Carl Ellis Washington, Sr.; three brothers, Daniel Washington, Carl Washington, Jr. and Charles Washington; five sisters, Lynette Graves, Gennella Washington, Grace (Eddie) Bounds, LaKeisha Washington Davis and Ashley Washington; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
